UK REACH: HOW TO COMPLY?
The United Kingdom has recently implemented a new chemicals regulation similar to EU REACH Regulation: the UK REACH regulation.
Now that the Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) deadline has passed (on October 28th, 2022), manufacturers and importers of chemicals in the UK must register their substances if they exceed 1 ton/year.
In this webinar, we will walk you through the different processes you need to follow in order to be compliant with the UK REACH Regulation. We will also discuss data sharing and substance groups in the UK.
