At the end of a 11 months-period of transition, the United Kingdom will definitely leave the European Union on the 1s January 2021, at midnight..
The entry into force of the Brexit will have consequences for players in the cosmetics sector and for the marketing of products.
Indeed, the European Cosmetics Regulation will no longer apply for the products sold in Great-Britain which will then need to comply with the UK Cosmetic Law.
To be able to continue to sell your cosmetic products in Europe and in the UK, it is therefore important to understand what are the main consequences of the Brexit for your regulatory compliance.
The aim of this webinar is to
- explain the main differences existing between the 2 regulations,
- guide the cosmetic brands to comply with the different requirements to launch their products on the 2 markets
