The European Commission has finally adopted and published the decision partially granting an authorisation to the CTAC on 18th December 2020.
As a major setback compared to what CTAC had requested, authorisation, for the uses on which the Commission has already decided, has only been granted until 21 September 2024.
Chromium Trioxide users now urgently need to decide how to best secure their use of the substance beyond 2024, considering the best cost and result efficient strategy.
