DUIN notification deadline approaches, companies that can benefit from the transitional period must submit a Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) to HSE by October 27 2021, otherwise a full registration has to be done prior to manufacture or import. With a few weeks left to go, it is important to position yourself in the supply chain and be sure that your substances are UK REACH compliant.
