Detergents in Europe are submitted to a specific regulation such as Cosmetics or Medical Devices. The general obligations are given in the Directive (CE) N° 648/2004 of detergent.
However, as the formulation of these products is considered to be a mixture, the CLP regulation applies and detergent must have a PCN (Poison Center Notification) notification.
