🕚 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM (CET - Time zone Paris/Europe)
In the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the global demand for hydroalcoholic products and other disinfectants has risen sharply. This need for sanitizers is likely to continue in the coming months and years. It is important to note that these products are subject to the Biocidal Products Regulation in Europe (BPR) and should not be confused with cosmetics.
First, an analysis of the definition of the status of these hydroalcoholic products will be presented: are they subject to cosmetic or biocide regulation?
Then this webinar will present the regulatory steps for Cosmetic Companies to be taken in Europe to keep the products on the market at the end of the derogations that they have benefitted, with a specific focus on the labelling differences.
We will present the procedures to ensure that your products remain on the market the longest way possible. Finally, we will focus on how to anticipate the authorisation procedure and present the possible strategies for ethanol-based products.
How to keep your products on the market after the post-exemption health crisis? What are the strategies for the authorisation of ethanol-based products?
