After Brexit, EU REACH has continued to apply in the United Kingdom. However, this period called "transition period" is currently scheduled to end on 31st December 2020.

With only one month left to the entry into force of a new chemical regulation in the UK, companies will need to be aware of what steps they need to take to ensure compliance under both EU REACH and UK REACH.
