On September 3, the REACH Committee discussed the latest version of the draft decision on the CTACSub consortium's application for authorization to use chromium trioxide.
The adoption of the Commission's decision on the REACH Authorization durations granted for the submitted uses should take place in the coming weeks.
Once the decision is adopted, CrVI users covered by the CTACSub dossier will have to notify their uses to ECHA and prepare for compliance inspections by DREAL.
