COSMETICS IN UNITED KINGDOM

On 31 January 2020, the United Kingdom decided to leave the European Union. 
From this date, a Transition period of 11 months started and during this period, negotiations between the two blocs are ongoing in order to determine future trade relations and to fix all regulatory specifications.

The entry into force of Brexit will have consequences for players in the cosmetics sector and the marketing of products. Indeed, the European Cosmetics Regulation will no longer apply starting from 1st January 2021 for the products sold in the United Kingdom.

In order to be able to continue to sell your cosmetic products in Europe and in the UK from the 1st January 2021, it is therefore important  to understand now what are the main issues of this separation. 

The aim of this webinar is to explain to you the main differences that will exist between the 2 regulations and so to help you to be compliant with the different requirements to launch your products on the 2 markets.
