QUALITY & COMPLIANCE OF REACH DOSSIERS

Registration is the fundamental element of the REACH Regulation. All chemical substances manufactured or imported at more than one tonne per year by the manufacturer/importer must be registered. Without registration, the substance cannot be manufactured or imported.

ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) continues to increase the verification of compliance and quality of Registration dossiers.

Even after finalising a Registration dossier, there are still obligations you need to fulfill in order to match the required level of compliance asked by the authorities.

As a Lead Registrant or member of a REACH dossier, you may be impacted by these checks: additional costs, change of hazard classification of the substance, CSR (Chemical Safety Report) to be updated with exposure scenarios, etc.
