The environmental concern has been urging in the last few years and consumers are increasingly demanding products and services which are less impactful for the environment. More and more governments create and enforce regulations and laws to protect in a way or another the environment.

In the cosmetic industry, environmental claims are one of the key players in the choice and preference of the customer. They are closely monitored and regulated.
To add, recently some governments implemented laws that made it mandatory to inform consumers on the waste sorting and their labeling on the packaging.
