At the end of June, the Chinese competent authorities published the long awaited Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulation (known as CSAR) which will come into force on 1st January 2021.

Since this publication, several drafts of measures to implement the CSAR’s requirements have been published for consultation.
As some requirements are still unclear, aboard the Chinese cosmetic market may still represent a big challenge for cosmetic companies.

The aim of this webinar is to clarify the Chinese requirements and to take you aware of the new steps to follow in order to put a cosmetic product on the Chinese market.
